Blake and Alek at Empire Roofing were very professional, true to their word, customer friendly, and easy to work with. We really love how they recommend the perfect color to match the house. They really know their product that they were offering and I didn’t feel high pressured into signing the contingency agreement to work with my insurance. We filed a claim using a different roofing company after Ida and after a year of no results signed on with Blake at Empire Roofing. He advised me on steps to take to get insurance approval and we were finally approved for a new roof. Very knowledgeable staff and roof was installed within a week after approval. We had bought a new house and before closing found out that we needed a new roof. We were panicked and had no idea what we were doing as this is our first home. Our realtor recommended Blake with Empire Roofing and from the very beginning they were amazing. Blake was in constant communication with us letting us know when things would be done and had us scheduled less than a week after closing. We had to go through the title company to pay for everything and Empire Roofing made it so easy to do. They came at 6 am and had everything done and cleaned up by 2 pm the same day. I have a new beautiful roof that I can trust. I highly recommend them.

They came and quoted me for a real small job of 4 or 5 3-Tab shingles that needed replacing after Ida swept through last year. A previous company quoted me double that and wanted to go through insurance. The contracting crew took less than an hour and did a great job. I'm personally not as familiar with all the roofing companies as I did call around for this small job and most wouldn't take it. I highly recommend for a small job.

Happy with my new roof! I contacted Empire about my roof back in February. Blake Bello came out & discussed all my options & materials they use. Blake was professional, patient, & kept in contact weekly for any questions or concerns I may have had. After a couple of months of doing my homework on roofs, materials and a lot of in-depth questions. Which I have to give it to Blake he answered a lot of questions. Some in which have not been asked before. No matter the question he answered it and if he wasn’t sure about one he got the answers that day. When the time came to do the roof Blake was there and at times even on the roof working and sweating with his crew. I would definitely recommend Empire Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.

Empire roofing, true to their word, dealt with my insurance company and contracted adjuster, in lieu of myself. Empire employee, Blake, deserves a shoutout, as he never once lost his cool, calm demeanor when by all accounts, he very well could have. The roof…. Perfect! Beautiful! High quality!! And as an added bonus, they kept the yard tidy and Blake, once again true to his word, even came all the way back to my house, the day after completion, just bc, he said that he would. (Integrity) My man had a magnet in his hands, going around the entirety of my 5100sq ft home, picking up the few nails that may have gotten past the tarps. Last but def not least… the roofing crew did not waste time. They finished the roof, in half the time I assumed it would hand taken. Without one single instance of rework or blemish discovered by my overly-critical, quasi-abrasive, but lovingly sweet wife, or her dad. I was in need of a new roof after just moving in and a storm had made water stains on my ceiling Blake worked with our insurance (USAA) and has a new roof installed within a month! Had all the work done in a day and I can't recommend themenough!

Blake with Empire was very professional, and kept me up to date on all progress for my repairs to the roof. All extra costs were communicated to me before the final invoice. Very pleased about the service!

They showed up when they said they would and completed the job in a timely manner. After the job was complete they sent a quality control person to inspect the final product prior to getting the final inspection with the county. I called three roofing companies for quotes, One company didn’t even show up for their appointment and the other one quoted a price much higher than Tadlock. I am very pleased with their work and customer service.

Earlier in the year, we experienced heavy winds & rains, that ripped up the siding on the eve of our roof. Our roof is extremely steep, so we wanted to be able to get someone that could make the repairs safely. We called Jacob from Empire and he came the next day. He was able to get on the roof safely and quickly and make the repairs that were necessary.

They were fast and efficient when it came to tarping my roof after the storm and the price was very reasonable! When they completed my roof they were courteous to notify my neighbors of the work so they would be aware of any noise, debris and vehicle traffic. They cleaned up very well and i impressed with the quality of my new roof!

Very honest guys who really are here to help the homeowner. Jacob May, the owner, established Empire in a bid to redefine how roofing companies run/are viewed (i.e. scam artists) and he's doing a great job. MY EXPERIENCE: Reached out the Empire Roofing to investigate a leak in my roof after a bout of rain. Was very worried I'd have to get work done on my less than 5 year old roof on my less than 5 year old house. Jacob, the owner, was very responsive - was up on my roof same day and informed my everything looked fine. He suspected rain was infiltrating the bathroom vent system and traveling down PVC piping in my attic. Regardless, he re-caulked the seam on my roof just in case and I haven't had an issue since and there was no charge since he couldn't find any obvious damage to cause the leak.

Great service! Jacob was very up front about my problem and didn't try to rip me off where I knew other ompanies may try to. Instead, he turned down an easy profit to be honest about my problem, which saved me a lot of money. Thank you!
