I qualified for the Fortified Roof Program, and Korey came out to do the roof inspection. He took the time to explain the entire process, including the timeline and what to expect, which made my wife and me feel very comfortable with Empire Roofing before the project even started.The crew showed up exactly when they said they would, completed the job professionally, and did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. We are very satisfied with the entire experience.Korey also came back after the work was completed to make sure my wife and I were happy with the roof and to ensure everything had been properly cleaned up. If I ever need roofing work again, this will definitely be the company I use.

Blake was out the very same day I called Empire Roofing for a roof installation estimate. He was very thorough during his inspection of our existing roof. During the inspection he used an Ariel drone and walked in our attic looking for damage. The next day he sent us a comprehensive estimate.Blake and his crew were very polite and professional during my new roof installation. The roof looks beautiful and the crew cleaned up all the debris.

Caleb did a great job of walking us through everything and keeping us in the loop. He did the opposite of up-selling - he actually steered us away from the more expensive shingles, letting us know that they were not necessary for our purposes. The finished roof looks wonderful, and the crew worked quickly and professionally to get the job completed. Overall we are very happy with how everything turned out!

Wasnt able to make the appointment so I called Korey and asked if I could let my 18 year old learn how to handle hiring people for jobs and questions to ask. Empire was replacing my neighbors roof and Blake walked over and offered to inspect my roof. Based on his inspection I filed an insurance claim and three weeks later I had a new roof. They even fixed several damaged window screens. Very professional!I asked Blake for a recommendation for repairing and painting the Stucco on my house. I was surprised when he said Empire could do that too. The price was excellent and the job was completed 10 days later. Another top notch job. I've been so impressed with Empire's work and professionalism, that they have replaced the roof on my mother's house and replaced/repaired siding on my son's house. I would highly recommend Empire and Blake for any of your home exterior needs.

Highly recommend, this was my third experience with this roofer. Roof was scheduled and installed on time as promised. Job site was prepped to protect my landscaping and clean up was thorough with not a nail left behind. All my concerns and calls were addressed promptly. Friendly staff and work crews very professional.
